Croatan PAC Hosts Cookie Exchange

 

A great way to spread Christmas Cheer is to host a Christmas Cookie Exchange! Today the Parent Advisory Council at Croatan High School hosted a Christmas Cookie Exchange for all of the faculty and support staff. Hosts greeted staff members at the door and gave them an empty cookie box to fill up. A wide variety of homemade Christmas cookies, desserts created from family favorite recipes and holiday bars filled up two tables. Educators selected whichever cookies or treats that caught their eye! My favorites were the homemade chocolate chip cookies, the Oreo truffles and buck eyes. There were also some cakes, coffee and cider. Door prizes to local businesses were awarded to some teachers. What a great way to send teachers and support staff home for the Holidays with a delicious box of homemade cookies and holiday treats to share with their friends and family members!
